NEW! ESL/EFL plays for your classroom and teaching guides for movies (PLEASANTVILLE and BANNED MOVIE AND BOOK GUIDE up first)

We're working on building and writing real plays for you to use in your classroom, and are launching new teaching guides and lesson plans for movies.

Our first lesson plan, focusing on writing and reading, is PLEASANTVILLE.  Excellent for older teenagers and younger adults, the film discusses many topics, from censorship to racism, and can be used in nearly any classroom.

The banned movie and book guide is a good cross-reference to get your students to watch the movie AND read the book.

  1. I think speaking a language is as important as writing it, or in whatever you do, do your best. Although it may take time to perfect speaking English, it is best to try it without the "bahala na" way of thinking.

  3. It is really an ideal thing that our children will have to learn all the basics of English language. It's because, this is the most number one thing that we will have to use for further communication.

  4. Some teachers think the ESL teacher is someone who is there to support failing students. Others think that the ESL teacher speaks all the languages spoken by the English Language Learners. That's how I end up speaking more than 20 languages
